🔹 Extra Amenities & Linens – Kindly note that additional requests for extra amenities, towels, or linens cannot be entertained, as our outsourced housekeeping team follows strict inventory and accounting protocols.

🔹 Service Quality Assurance – If you notice any defect, shortfall, or missed detail in room refurbishment, our team will promptly correct it within the designated housekeeping hours (11 AM – 3 PM).
