Where call recording is conducted strictly for training, quality assurance, or compliance purposes, clear disclosure will be provided at the start of the call and explicit consent will be obtained before recording.

Guest Room Privacy Assurance

Vedantikala categorically assures that there are no cameras, audio recording devices, voice recording equipment, or surveillance systems installed inside guest rooms, bathrooms, or private accommodation spaces. Guest privacy within rooms is absolute and inviolable.

Security Surveillance Within the Premises

For safety and security, Vedantikala operates surveillance systems only in public and common areas, including entrances, exits, pathways, reception areas, parking zones, and shared spaces. Guest arrival and movements within common areas may be recorded solely for security and safety purposes.

Such recordings are accessed strictly on a need-to-know basis and will be disclosed only to lawful authorities or law enforcement agencies upon formal request or legal requirement.

Data Retention & Automatic Deletion

All surveillance and security-related recordings are retained for a maximum period of three hundred and sixty (360) days, after which they are automatically and securely deleted, unless preservation is legally required.

Retention of Personal Data

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for legal or business purposes and generally not beyond six (6) years, subject to applicable law.

Children and Minors
